    • Most of my life I was a skinny dude, had a hard time gaining weight and didn’t work out at all. I made one simple decision that changed everything. I bought a pull up gym for 100 something bucks on Amazon. My routine was so simple and easy, 10 pushups and 10 pullups every day besides weekends. I also started drinking milkshakes in between meals. I went from 155 to 185 and gained nothing but muscle mass and it feels good, wish I would have done this in my 20’s.
